If by ahead of them you mean they have already been restarted then yes that is true but dke has a really supportive alumni base so they may well make up that difference rather quickly. Phi delts alumni are also pretty strong and seem to be starting to regain trust in their chapter so they are probably the strongest of the young bloods. Between axp and dke I would have to guess dke will be the better performer given the alumni and the fact that they have an awesome house just sitting waiting for them. Axp is stuck in that tiny house by crossroads and until they can overcome that their growth will be limited by that bottleneck.
