Fraternities on the Comeup for Spring Rush

Exactly what the title says, what would people say are the fraternities that maybe aren’t top tier right now but have been making good moves in the right direction. Freshman looking to rush in the spring, just want a better idea of what the scene is like since we had a whack first semester.
