Pi Phi at Miami

Should be reinstated by now. Always a top tier house, great girls, FUN. Totally got sandbagged by nationals.

Pi phi went underground my freshman year, so I got a chance to get to know some of them. They were all super fun, nice, and accepting. The only top tier chapter worth top tier status

Pi Phi nationals got tired of the risk. The first time it was for wrecking a formal venue, underage drinking and members having at the location. I can't remember the amount of damages but it was extensive and their HQ had to jump in and help pay for it. The second time it was for hazing and underage drinking
Not sure if their HQs want to deal with babysitting the chapter at Miami for a while.
