??? what makes a sorority top tier ???

Hey all, this is the same freshman that asked about which sororities are the nicest. I appreciate all the feedback but now I am left with more questions.... so after looking through this page I realized that the same sororities everyone said I should avoid are the same ones that are top tier? Why are they considered the best if they are the meanest? Someone please explain this to me if you could I am really excited to rush but I am feeling very overwhelmed with the mix of information

There are tons of attractive, skinny, rich girls in Oxford. Theta just attracts the ones who are desperate for attention

If a sorority only wants you because you come from money or you’re from Chicago or California (DG) why would you ever want to be a part of that chapter? Sounds like a lot of fake ass girls to me!!

There are five houses that are considered top tier at Miami. They are the five that are the hardest to get a bid from. This in no way makes them "better" than the other houses. Every house has great girls in them.

Thetas are the mean girls from their high schools. You would want to be a Theta if you were a mean girl from your high school or if your mom/sister was a Theta. They haven’t yet realized that they don’t have to put other girls down to make themselves look better. They need to stop trying so hard to be relevant and focus on being genuine and happy instead.

yeah no ignore everything these people are saying it’s literally just the hotter you are the better sorority you can get in because they can show you off to the top tier frats. sucks to say out loud but that’s just how it is.

What makes a sorority top is which frats they hangout with the top frats hangout with the top sororities and if you’re in what is considered a top sorority you have more Clout and boys will be more likely to talk to you when your first meet them

Just join whatever feels right to you. Trying to be top tier won’t make you happy. Enjoy rush!

Literally people say the “top” 4 are the meanest when in reality every sorority has mean girls in them. The “top” 4 are just the hardest to get a bid from. The girls that hate on other sororities are just butt hurt they didn’t get in the one the wanted. All of the sororities here are nice and you’ll find your fit.
