Will SAE be a top tier fraternity in a few years?

I’ve heard that they got a pretty good pledge class and are trying to not only hang out with one sorority anymore. Could they be top tier in the future?

Idk how they can be a top tier fraternity when almost every greek life member on campus either hates them or just doesn’t realize how d-baggish they are because they only hang out with one sorority which are made up of a lot rich girls who already knew the prepstar boys
