Sig Pi had a great pledge class, KA parties with AXO and Theta literally all the time, and Sig Ep is pretty relevant if you ask around campus. That was one of the worst fraternity synopsis I've seen yet. I think you're just an idiot...must be one of those communications majors

Tier 1A: Phi-Psi, SAE, Phi-Tau
Tier 2A: Sig Pi, Theta Chi, KA
Tier 1B: Phi Delt, Bet
Tier 2B: SigNU, Sig Ep, Delt, Kappa Sig
Relevent Bottom: PKA, AdP, Chi Psi, DU

Put Delt in the relevant bottom and you're spot on. But definitely expect movement in the next year or two based on the most recent pledge classes
