relevant fraternities

After removing bias from delts and pike, here's my take on the most relevant fraternities. In no order at all, just naming off the ones I've seen most frequently and hear from girls in good sororities saying they have socials:

Phi Psi, KA, Phi Tau, Sigma Pi, FIJI, Phi Delt, SAE, Sig Ep, Beta

Snu and Kappa Sig were omitted because they're close, just not quite there yet IMO. Feel free to change it up or rank em, curious how close/far off I am or if I should have included ksig and snu.

I'd include theta chi in your original post, but it's not "either" theta chi or beta, they're different but both good.
