Tired of having socials with the usual group of frats. Need some suggestions for a low key top tier that I should look out for next year before scheduling events

Have a good friend in Delta Sig, seems like a lot of them are top tier guys plus had a strong pledge class (my friend just pledged).

The only frats still left that are worth having socials with are KA, Sig Pi, Beta, and Phi tau. Our last social with Phi Psi was a disaster.
