Looks like Phi Delt and FIJI have been busy with some self ranking... If you want an unbiased opinion of the "tiers", here it is. And most sane people that know anything with Miami greek life would agree with this:

1A- Phi Psi
1B- Theta Chi, KA, Sig Pi, Phi Tau

2-Phi Delt, Fiji, SAE

3- Sig Ep, Beta
