From a freshman standpoint, I have been to parties thrown by six of the top nine on that list, have met tons of hot girls, and am pledging and have over 30+ other friends who are pledging four of those top nine. I don't know anyone who rushed Fiji or has been to a Fiji party. Besides they're super dope porch and house location, can you give some insight as to what makes them close to top tier?

Fiji phi delt are with literally every other relevant fraternity. Phi psis class is average and sigma pi took almost everyone that walked through the door. Beta got no one good, sigma nu has high numbers and awful quality. Saes is one of the worst ever. Other than that idk much about others, but pretty much all the frats that are relevant are all even. Next two years well see some separation

Anyone who puts Phi Delt or Fiji in the top tier is almost laughable and must be in one of those organizations because everyone else knows that is far from the truth. Also Phi Psi got a horrible pledge class and is on the way down.

If u are looking for some wanna-be meat heads that enjoy pathedic brotherhood, then FIJI's front door is wide open. Otherwise do urself a favor and don't go.

Oh ya, and u guys gave me a bid... i only went bc the fraternity council thing made me visit 4 houses.

what makes delt, du, pike and adpi so bad?
like obviously someone's gotta be the worst, but are there specific things they blow at?

TKE is on the rise fast! watch out for these guys. becoming way more relevant on campus, only their second year back! middle tier at least

I would say top tier are phi psi, KA, theta chi. Phi delt maybe but Fiji is definitely not top... Just decent.

From a girls standpoint.. TKE and DTD are rising

For real though it is Phi Psi, KA, Sig Pi, Theta Chi, Fiji, Sig Ep, Sig Nu, Phi Delt... Then 7 layers of garbage... then the rest.

Switch phi delt and fiji with ka and sig pi and these rankings are reliable
