any frats that like pledges that want to maintain 3.8+'s , but are still mid-top tier?

If you have self discipline and drive, you can definately maintain that GPA while pledging. A respectible chapter will allow for AMPLE study time and they will also have an associate member active to monitor the well-being of the associate members while pledging. Almost EVERY chapter has this protocol.
