theta chi in the morgue?

Is Theta Chi getting the Morgue next year? If so, that house has like the biggest dance floor on campus and it is 2 blocks from the bars uptown. In the right hands that house is probably one of the best for parties at Miami.

I know Theta chis personally and I have never heard them mention getting a house called "Morgue" for next year.. lol
