frat fall rush?

So I'm transferring to MU in the fall for my soph year. Decided not to rush at current school because I knew right off the bat I was gonna leave. Who does informal fall rush for sophomores and what's the best way to go about this?

Im a freshman but as far as I know, the best way to go about it is to meet people and frats and establish relationships. That's how almost all informal rush works, including my frat. Just find people that like you
