My roommate just told me the name of my big and it wasn't even a girl that was in my top five and I looked her up and we don't seem like we would be a good fit. Why/how did this happen?

honestly a big and little isn't always supposed to be your favorite person. Its traditionally supposed to be a mentor for you in your sorority. That being said most people think of it as a friendship and sometimes it doesn't work out like that for everyone. The new member ends try their hardest to pair everyone but with so many girls and sometimes the same people all wanting the same person, its really hard to give everyone someone who they wanted. Also my big and I are really different and when I got paired with he last year I was kind of upset but honestly I can say we have a great relationship and a great friendship now so give it time because things change!

I got my ADiPi big in 1982 🌸and all these year later we live about 3 miles apart! I didn't know her very well. And over the years we have been in and out if each other's lives but we always know the other is there! <><>👭
