There's a reason everybody does the "tiers" thing, and it's because everybody has their own preference. Sure, there's divisions within each tier (ie: theta chi & sig pi > ka & sae, delt & pike > adphi & tke) but you can't do a college football style ranking because when you get down to the nitty gritty, it just comes down to personal option. Otherwise, within tiers, they're all generally the same.
