appealing oxford pd parking tickets?
by: UghhhI woke up this morning to a ticket stuck to my car and as a broke college student I'd rather use my money on other things. Has anyone eve appealed a ticket successfully? Are there any excuses that usually work? I left it at a meter outside my house overnight without noticing the no parking from 4-5:30 thing
