Not irrelevant but for sure rebuilding. Saw their PowerPoint and was really surprised how hot their new pledge class is

give them 3-4 years and maybe bottom mid but right now below sammy

There aren't many fraternities worse than Sammy, Pi Kapp is for sure not one of them
