truth: do actives actually enjoy recruitment?
by: InterestedI'm a sophomore doing recruitment form the "other side" for the first time and really interested in opinions from other actives? Do you enjoy doing recruitment or do you find it to be a difficult process?

It gets exhausting doing the same thing round after round, and the long days are def tiring. However whenever I start to feel annoyed about being there, I remind myself how much work our recruitment chair has put in and how I should be thankful to have the opportunity to showcase what my sorority has given me over my years at Miami. I also find that I enjoy philanthropy/sisterhood round more, because the convos get better. You have to remember how excited the PNMs are to be there, this is a huge turning point in their college experience for them.

I'm honestly loving it, I spend all day meeting potential new friends and sisters and while it gets exhausting and I lost my voice, I've found the more excited I am in a round, the more excited the pnms are and the more fun it is! I've also gotten really close with sisters I haven't really talked to before and it has been amazing so far
