Im upper-mid but generally i think there are a ton of different factors that go into it. GPA cutoffs, fit of personality, excitement about the chapter, involvement/level of interest in greek, easy conversations, being put together (only about 5% of that being physical attractiveness), classiness/politeness, and positive attitude (this is a big one). I'm sure there are more but now hopefully you see why it can be pretty difficult to gauge all of this in the first few rounds.

let's be real here, looks have a lot to do with it. We can spin as much crap about how there are other factors, and to some extent, there are. But after a five minute conversation, cuts after open house are primarily based on looks. Those other factors come more into play after the first round
