can a bid be retracted?

I got a bid and have been trying to accept it on Campus Director. Every time I click "submit" the mouse turns into a red thing and doesn't let me click. Not sure if my bid got retracted but I don't think thats possible. I did the online class and got email confirmation too. Anyone else got this issue?

Yo, John Cena, maybe you wouldn't have gotten your bid retracted if you didn't wrestle in jorts and cargoes all the time
