No, thier alums have talked about selling the house as well- so that will be good for Lambda or ChiPsi

They should both look into buying and splitting that house. It's so big you could easily fit both chapters in there

They are coming back in spring 2018, they still get decent pledge classes and will be back to upper mid when they get a house fall 2018.
