upper middle like adphi and Delt. Above Tke/Dchi below phi Delt/Sig ep

Kinda splitting hairs ranking a tier of houses. Phi Delt and Sig Ep are probably more exclusive as far as getting a bid goes. All are solid chapters.

upper middle on the rise, probably about 2/3 of spots already filled, mainly out of state kids, couldn't hurt to check it out
