how hard is it to get a bid to a top tier sorority? do they already know which girls they want?

It's harder than getting a bid to a middle or lower tier.. some sororities cough cough alpha phi dirty rush and or follow pnms on instagram to see who they are beforehand. Some just go in blind and meet girls and see how they fit into their sororities.
