pledge classes set?

Do any of the top/mid give out bids during formal rush or is everything already set? Like is there a chance a frat gives me a bid if I meet them for the first time during rush?

If you honestly think you belong in a top tier fraternity then go for it. Might as well try as every fraternity will give bids during rush week, just dont spend too much time reaching without alternatives.
