top tier sororities

Some posts have said that Theta and DZ are falling this year, but Kappa might be on the rise? Can someone give me more info about these three sororities (unbiased please) and why they might fall/rise?

I haven't heard anything about Kappa rising. I heard they paid phi delt to have a social with them

Anyone saying any of the top tiers are falling is someone trying to boost their sorority rank (most likely zeta and kappa) .. theta and dz are staying put for now.

Theta is prob the same with a slight fall but dz def fell

dz has been falling more recently but theta has been in the top since forever probs no movement there... kappa/zeta def not moving enough to be higher than theta or dz

Not really sure about DZ falling but Theta has been taking a lot of girls that aren't nearly as cute as their past pledge classes have been. Kkg may be rising but it'll take a lot for them to get to the level of the top houses
