What fraternities do you think will rise the most after this upcoming rush?

Sig Chi for sure, TKE probably will and Delta Chi since both of them have made big moves in the past few years. Most of the top tier frats won't move up much. It's mostly middle tier and lower tier frats.

Good question. I think sae will rise to the best in upper mid because they have their house back, Fiji might get a better class because of the new house (only reason), Theta chis house being renovated will probably prove to be a helpful factor as well but I doubt them or any top tier houses move much at all
