How much of it is based on looks??

It is in some means, in the first rounds they barely get to talk to you so they have to go off of looks somewhat but the sororities that use looks as a final determining factor aren't one you would want to be in anyway. Just be yourself and the sororities will pay more attention to a genuine personality! Don't worry at all :)
