how hard is it to get good grades while pledging?

As a pledge, how much time is spent doing pledge stuff and what are the academic consequences?

how you manage your time. Some people are able to stay on top of their grades and some aren't. If you're really having trouble you can talk to the older brothers about it, they're there to help you out.
