At this point it's pretty much impossible to get a bid from Theta Chi or any of the other top houses. No one has a set class yet but I know for a fact the top 3 have a pretty set lineup of guys they plan on giving bids to.

Gonna be tough to stay relevant having lost their house. It's a bad sign when your nationals evict you. How long will they last?

They get their house back after next semester and yes apparently it was renovated

I lived with a few of these guys and can confirm that yes they are in good standing both with nationals and IFC. The house had thousands put into it for renovations and they will be given it just for rush this next semester (further confirming their good status with the alumni too now, who's apparently just a douche lol). They'll have it back next year and be completely in good standing.
