top off-campus frats?

wondering about top off campus frats? I hear about Sig Tau a little and ZBT but not much else so just wondering

I'd say Phi Tau is top given they were most recently booted and were a top 5 house. Nobody wants to admit it but it's a steady fall each year when you get booted.
