sorority sprite dates

Can somebody tell me what sprite dates are like or give me tips going into this weekend for them. I'm super confused about what they're about.

think of them like an open house. Half of sororities have their sprite date this Saturday and the other half goes on Sunday. This is a chance for you to meet the girls in different chapters and see what they're all about. Get ready for a bunch of meaningless small talk

Try to make a good impression though because many sororities have a list of girls they clicked with at sprite dates and they prioritize you during formal recruitment.
