I heard their classes are better every year and that sophomores, some juniors and some seniors I met are all pretty cool and hang out with upper middle to occasionly top sororities.

Your description is somewhat accurate, hangout with middle and upper middle sororities mostly maybe a top one very occasionally. Solid frat similar to adphi and Delt
