They're a very eclectic bunch. While indisputably top tier, theta chi does not fit any single archetypal catagorization. For instance, they do not have the stereotypical "animal house" or meathead vibe that some of the other top tier houses like Sig Pi do. They also don't have the same the try hard reputation that KA does. All in all they are firmly in the top four or five houses and are pragmatically interchangeable with the other top houses depending on personal preference and social circumstance.
