Is phi tau still relevant and do they have a house?

miami kicked them off but their nationals didn't and yes they are living and using the house this year. so i'd say they're still relevant but it really all comes down to how they go about rush this year

Don't rush an underground fraternity. You'll regret it. There are so many other great options to pick from. If you're looking at it just because it's an alpha then I'd look at phi delt, sigma chi, or beta who is coming back this year. Besides that there are like 15 other fraternities to pick from, don't waste your time underground.
