What's the difference between KA, SAE, Theta chi and sig pi

SAE/KA are hardest to get bids to and have a lot of out of state kids. sig Pi and theta chi have more Ohio kids and are easier to get bids (still very selective)

I know with the recent pledge classes for sig pi and theta chi it's at least 50/50 instate out of state if not more. That might have applied to the older classes but looks like it's changing
