The fraternities on the top row are all more or less similar in that most people have their own opinions about them and prefer some of them over others. I think most people can agree that there isn't a clear best fraternity on campus and I think that this ranking represents that.

the top is just the top, all pretty interchangeable
2nd line there is a significant divide as shown above, but the 1st three arnt good enough to be top and the last four are better than line three
line three are relevant enough to be mentioned
