I am not certain about the content of the recruitment results. Would it mean that only 56 people 1st round picked DZ this year? I have never really understood the results so if someone could explain that would be great!

It means that they had to go through their lists and the girls they wanted were gone. It happens but luckily for top sororities, not that often. Also note that over the past years, rarely does. Top six take anymore than is required. Fact
