chi psi house
by: takeoneI heard chi psi house is really lambda chi, but lambda chi is in beta and next couple years will be in sigma nu house. chi psi might buy sigma nus house or something. What is going on with Chi psi an lambda?

because there's mass hysteria all the frats need to shuffle to keep the houses going when they get kicked off. when lambda chi went away a long time ago, they foolishly long-term leased their house to chi psi (apparently with an option to buy it). Not sure if that's true or not. If it is true, then Chi Psi could potentially buy lambda chi house - which is one of the worst moves in frat history at miami on lambda chis part aside from acacia selling to pi kapp in one of the best locations.

ChiPsi has an option to buy but it is wrapped around many conditions that are looking more and more like the stars wont align. Lambda Chi is doing good enough at Miami for them not to sell the property. all the frats getting kicked off has helped Lambda chi go from house to house to house and continue. maybe chi psi will buy signu or lambda chi will buy sig nu or sig nu will keep things going....who the hell knows
