how to determine a pledge class
by: ConfusedHow to people distinguish a pledge class as top tier? Is it based on reputation or solely attractiveness? And how do sororities move spots? I can't see how there's much mobility at all. Also, what do people mean when they say a sorority got a bad pledge class or they did poorly during rush? I'm curious. Thanks.

I have heard people say that a sorority has had a bad PC for two years and yet they don't move in rankings. And I have seen also an agreement that a sorority had a much improved PC and not move in rankings even if the sorority above them in ranks had a poor PC (according to the opinion of others).
I think the ratings are based on the reputation of attractiveness which means the sorority can only move in rankings after their perceived reputation changes even if the PC has generally improved.
This year I have heard that some of the lines of the tiers are blurred meaning sometimes people wouldn't be able to say which sorority a girl was in. Also I don't think character reputation or sisterhood/brotherhood has anything to do with it. Would be interesting if it did.
And tbh this is my observation and I idc really.

That's why silly high school "tier rankings" are a waste. Character reputation & sisterhood/brotherhood have everything to do with it and it's not in the "tiers". Whatever house your in, you know what you've got.
