Poverty sorority. They’re a bunch of big girls who sit in and clog the toilets at maple. They also eat all the ice cream which is why the machine is always down. Join competitive eating club, not KD

During pref my freshmen year I was between KD and the sorority I ended up going with. It was a really hard decision to choose between them and mine but I evidently went the other way because my conversation during pref was subpar. The girl I chatted with for the entire hour (typically you talk to 2 people) did not initiate any conversation I was the one always asking questions and always yapping. While yes they want to know about myself and my values as someone wanting to join their sorority I also wanted to know about them. It just personally wasn’t for me. Now their 2 new PCs have been great and I have no shade to throw at these girls. I just picked the short straw and talked to a senior during my pref

Falling rapidly but trying to hold onto their top mid spot. Barely scraping by and dues keep increasing. Not a good sisterhood and girls only care about themselves

KD pulled in some amazing girls during recruitment! They clearly went for quality- brains, beauty, and personality.

These girls have zero personality. Extremely hard to strike up a conversation with many of them because they’re socially awkward. If you’re okay with weird girls—the kind that dye their hair rainbow colors, then this is your sorority.

KDs are fun girls, always have a great time when I am with them. They all know how to have a good time plus they are all attractive. A good group of girls to associate yourself with on campus they party hard but are also girls you can introduce to your parents.

Probably the second most attractive sorority at Miami. They won POTH and are really trying to get their name out! Really improving!

Your DEI Efforts Are a Disgrace Dear Kappa Delta, Your so-called commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion is a farce. Your organization is a hotbed for privilege and exclusion. Your DEI initiatives are a joke, a mere facade to distract from your true, discriminatory nature. You claim to be inclusive, yet your actions speak louder than your words. Your membership is overwhelmingly homogeneous, and your recruitment practices actively discourage diversity. Your events and social gatherings are often exclusive and unwelcoming to those who can't embody your brand. It's time to stop the performative allyship. You need to undergo a radical transformation. Here's what you need to do: :: Drastically Increase Diversity: Actively recruit individuals from marginalized groups. :: Mandate Mandatory DEI Training: Educate your members on systemic oppression and privilege. :: Center Marginalized Voices: Amplify the voices of those who have been historically silenced. :: Hold Members Accountable: Implement strict consequences for discriminatory behavior. Your reputation is tarnished. You have a chance to redeem yourselves, but the time for empty promises is over. Real change is demanded. Sincerely, An Estranged Sister
