Personally I would never trust a frat that lives in a literal toaster. Also they throw parties in a room that’s carpeted, ew. They aren’t the worst on campus but are the textbook definition of mid. If you don’t get a bid from a top frat this is a good backup option

They just got back on-campus…Honestly every guy I’ve met in the fraternity has been super high-quality..this one guy clearly comes from $$$ yet he’s such a gentleman!!! They seem to be really involved in Miami and have their hands on stuff all over campus. I haven’t heard anything about their parties… I’m not sure if they even had one this semester yet
