For a stagnant bottom tier frat they sure do spend a lot of time online talking about their own parties (Which are 90% Freshmen, and they don't keep other guys out so most of the guys at the party aren't even in the frat)

Parties are always fun and packed, but can get tight at times. Seems like one of the best houses to live in though. All the guys seem genuine and nice, heard there's only 40 guys right now which is on the smaller side. A LOT of stoners.
