Are all "nice" guys but aren't your frat type, more like just a group of friends that happen to live in a small fraternity house. Well run but overall just don't party much,there is also an open to any freshmen that will accept a bid attitude.

Wouldn't say that they are the best fraternity on campus, but seem to have been heading in the right direction. New house and increase in party rep, just need some good new members.

While these guys have a good time, there house is pretty grungy along with their members, pledging is very tough but worth it with good rep with sororities

Try really hard to put on the "frat douche bag" persona that girls like, and they do it well. Have a good time, have good girls, but are working their way towards being kicked off.

The thetas that I have met and hung out with are very nice! most of them are naturally pretty and fun to talk to. At some points they are a bit fake and have somewhat of an ego that could be attributed to being a theta. When at greek events they can be overwhelming. Overall they are super enthusiastic and fun to hang out with.
