library rules

There are some unspoken rules at like say the library. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
1. Don't go to the bathroom more than once if even once.
2. Don't be seen alone and if you are make sure you are open about it, like my friends just aren't here.
3. have a computor with stickers that help people identify you.
4. preferably be there with 2 to 3 friends.
5. Don't get up out of your seat more than once within an hour.
6. If your going to be in the open seats on the third and second floor, make sure you are there for at least 3 hours.
7. Is don't sit in the rotunda, circle chairs a rule?
