Honestly it depends what your looking for.
Name brand, alumni, parties, sisterhood, philanthropy.
Each chapter has it's strengths and weakness. Some have tons of parties but do zero service. Others could carless about you as a person (your just another $600+) paycheck and some really want you for what you can add to the group.
Talk to the women in the chapter. That will give you a better idea if you want to be associated with them.
