Who is doing COB

So i got dropped during rush but panhel said all of the houses would be doing COB. Is that true? How do I get a bid now

some sororities could be doing cob in the next few weeks so just be on the lookout for info. for cob you it’s like a mini primary recruitment so a lot less people but still gonna be competitive
