Confused can I get completely dropped?

Wait? I read on here that you can get dropped from recruitment and not get any house? Is that right? My sister went here a few years ago and said that if you trust the process you will get a house. Is that not true anymore because of our pledge class size? Please help, I just want to get into atleast one idc at this point.

So from my understanding the membership caps out at 149 girls for each chapter. Most chapters are able to take between 50-60 girls depending on their current number of actives. Unfortunately because there are so many PNMs this year, it is just not possible for every single one to get a house.

There are no guarantees before pref round, if you make it to pref and you don’t suicide bid, you’re guaranteed a bid from one of the houses you preffed. But before that you can absolutely get dropped from all houses
