fraternity spring rush

Thinking of transferring from my current school and looking at Charleston. I'm a sophomore and heard they do spring recruitment there, wanted to get some info on the process and was wondering if being a sophomore would hurt at all. Thanks y'all.

Yeah fraternities have a fall rush, little less formal than fall but everyone still gives out bids. Being sophomore wouldn't hurt.
