In order:
Pike- Lot of rich northern kids. Pretty good parties. Known for being “douchey”
SAE- Mix of northern and southern. Very socially active with lots of big parties. Not as much philanthropy or other involvement.
SIgma Chi- not as socially active but still a good fraternity and a good reputation.
Big Drop
ATO- nice kids. Still new
DTD- weird
zbt- new.
