Do we need rec letters to get a bid at Charleston?

it helps. if you get the offer of a rec letter, take it. if you know an almna, ASK. every little bit helps. if you are on the maybe list for pref night against that "other girl" who doesn't have the rec letter, that is the tie breaker. i know some houses who hot box their rushees and have their pledge roster penciled before rush starts. aint legal, but again, its real. good luck.
